However, those titles don’t even begin to define her. Cheryl has extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and has been serving folks here in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area for over 15 years.
She has been in the banking industry for 30 years.
Cheryl is the only person in Chattanooga to have served as president of both the Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Bankers organizations.
She likes to try to improve our industry at a hands-on, grassroots level. But her accomplishments in the mortgage business pale in comparison to her ongoing efforts to do right by her customers and to seek out the very best lending options for her company to offer.
Her customers come first.
She treats each and every customer as though we are and will be friends for life. That is because she does end up becoming friends with so many of her customers. We live in a relatively close knit community here in Chattanooga, and it always feels smaller when Cheryl is with you.
She gets customers that stop by just to say hi, customers that still send Christmas cards that we haven’t seen for many years. And there really is no place we can go in town without seeing a smiling face coming over to tell you how their lives are in the homes that she has helped them to finance.

* Bank statements for the last 3 months.

is a licensed mortgage professional with 15 years in the lending arena.
Her strength is in her desire to help people and her friendly
personality which makes working with her a pleasure. She has grown up
in the mortgage business starting out as a receptionist and working her
way through all the facets of the mortgage industry, from processing to
reverse mortgage assisting to originating mortgages and refinances. She
has a keen understanding of some of tougher loan products such as Rural
Development and 203K loans that are also REO foreclosures.
Together, Cheryl and Ginny make a dynamic mother-daughter team that can handle the ins and outs of all the challenges that face customers in today’s lending world.
Customer service is their number one priority and knowing that when you call you will get to talk with them right away is a very important goal that that is consistently met.
